About Us

Shiloh is a community of believers from many churches and backgrounds, united by a desire to follow Jesus wherever He leads. We believe God is already at work in every community, and we simply want to follow His lead and serve where He opens the door.

Much of what we do begins with small things in small places. We look for what we call the “one percent”— the few people who keep showing up, quietly loving and serving their communities, often with limited resources and few outside connections. They may never lead a large organization or receive much recognition, but they know their community, understand its needs, and have committed themselves to the work.

Rather than arriving with our own agenda, we come alongside these local leaders, build on what they have already begun, and help place resources and relationships behind the work God has entrusted to them. We have learned that something does not have to be large to be significant. In God’s hands, a small act of faithfulness can take root, grow, and reach farther than any of us imagined.

These partnerships are not short-term projects. We build relationships that last. We know people by name. We know their families, sit in their homes, share meals, celebrate victories, and walk together through difficult seasons. Over time, partners become friends, and friends become family.

Wherever God leads, our desire is simple: to love people, serve faithfully, and follow Jesus.
